Detailed Review

The MOOKA PR1 delivers solid performance for households dealing with pet hair, seasonal allergies, or general air quality concerns. Its True H13 HEPA filter is capable of trapping particles as small as 0.3 microns, meaning dust, pollen, pet dander, and odors get captured effectively. The real-time PM 2.5 display is genuinely useful, letting you see exactly how polluted your air is and whether the purifier is making a difference.

What makes this unit stand out at its price point is the combination of features: six fan speeds give you flexibility between whisper-quiet operation and maximum cleaning power, while the washable pre-filter means you can extend the life of your main HEPA filter and reduce replacement costs. The auto mode intelligently adjusts fan speed based on detected air quality, which is convenient for hands-off operation. The essential oil diffuser pad is a nice bonus for those who want their air purifier to double as a subtle aromatherapy device.

For pet owners and allergy sufferers in medium to large rooms, this purifier checks the right boxes without unnecessary complexity. It's straightforward to use, lacks ozone-producing ionizers, and includes practical touches like a child lock and timer. The main trade-off is the absence of smart home connectivity, so you'll be adjusting settings manually rather than through an app.
